Electrical Eggs UK
Members Information
Electrical Eggs UK maintains a database register of fans with special needs, which includes details about any first aid issues, regular medications, GP contact details and an outline of the recommended service provision.
This computer database is held at the Head Office and is password protected. Only the Chief Executive has access to the database and monitors all information received and forwarded.
When a member is attending a convention using our Access Service, only the relevant information is forwarded using a specially designed data sheet. This will outline any relevant Service recommendations and information for first aid staff/paramedics, in the event of an emergency. Members will receive a copy of their data sheet when they join and regular updates will be requested from Head Office.
To become a member, any fan can register at a convention using our Access Service. They will be issued with a temporary Membership badge and some basic information about the organisation. Their Access Form will be forwarded to the Head Office after the convention for processing, then they will be issued with a laminated, named Membership Badge and a copy of their Access Data Sheet.
There are no membership fees.
All members will also automatically receive a copy of the newsletter, The Hatchery, which provides information about Service & organisation developments, details of future events with "Access Friendly" status.
If you wish to apply directly from this website, you can download and print the Access Registration Form in A4 or US Letter format (requires Acrobat Reader) then send the completed form either by email or post to the Head Office.
